Senior Product Manager (LatAm) - Technical
About the job Senior Product Manager (LatAm) - Technical
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Technical) with strong experience at the product–engineering interface to join our team. This role requires a hands-on product leader (5+ years) who can independently own technical product surfaces, ship high-impact platform capabilities, and translate ambiguity into clear execution plans.
Full-Time | Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for technical product areas (APIs, webhooks, integrations, workflow automation, data pipelines).
- Define and document clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans with measurable success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineering on system design decisions (scalability, reliability, observability, security).
- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders (operations, finance, support) to validate problems and identify opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional delivery: roadmap planning, prioritization, sprint execution, QA readiness, and release communication.
- Lead discovery and execution for automation and data-driven capabilities that improve operational and financial workflows.
- Take ownership of initiatives from concept to launch with minimal oversight.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to technical or platform products.
- Proven experience shipping APIs, integrations, automation systems, or data-driven products.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems into actionable plans.
- Excellent written communication skills (clear documentation, PRDs, structured thinking).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering while maintaining product clarity and prioritization discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, trucking, fleet management, or operational SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products (assistants, automation agents, reconciliation systems).
- Experience working with financial intelligence, reporting, or automation workflows.
