We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager - BDR to spearhead our sales strategy. As the ideal candidate, you will bear full responsibility for nurturing customer relationships and propelling sales growth.

Collaborating closely with our founders, you will play a pivotal role in devising annual and quarterly strategic plans to meet and exceed predefined targets. Your role will encompass the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, and exceptional performance will fast-track you to the VP of Sales position.

This is a role for a seasoned professional ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to building a globally renowned talent agency. Top performers will be treated as foundational team members and receive corresponding compensation. We are seeking a remote Sales Manager - BDR who is driven to maximize client leads, with a specific focus on tech companies ranging from 100 to 5000 employees in the US.

Core responsibilities for this role include:

- Extensive cold calling

- Engaging prospects via LinkedIn messages

- Crafting and sending sequences to prospects in Apollo.io

- Following up and scheduling appointments with interested prospects

- Networking within technical groups and Slack channels

- Run demo calls and presentations

- Develop sales strategies to increase sales and business growth.

- Exceptional leadership skills

Key Requirements:

- Fluency in English.

- Demonstrated capability of hitting $1M+ annual quota with US clients.

- 3+ years' experience as an SDR or BDR or Sales manager recruiting, consulting services, or software companies.

- Connect with C-level executives, Directors, and Senior Managers to define project goals.

- A results-driven approach to cold calling.

- Prior experience with Apollo, HubSpot, or PipeDrive.

- Proficiency in developing client acquisition strategies on international platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.

- Delivering company presentations and understanding client needs.

- Negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals.

- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling.

- Strong LinkedIn presence with 5000+ connections or followers from a US audience.

- Advanced user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others.

- Deep expertise in email marketing for business development.

- Business-focused mindset and the ability to work independently and remotely.

- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people.

- Proficiency in web research and a keen interest in exploring new industries.

- Full-time availability during US EST work hours.
