We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build our online presence and implement online marketing campaigns crucial to our companys objectives. 

We're looking for a growth leader with a founder mentality to lead growth marketing for the United States. This person demonstrates a track record of driving pipeline and revenue and a good understanding of the market. The role won't be easy, but it will be fun. More importantly, it will play a major part in sustaining Idelsoft's growth trajectory.

Partnering closely with sales and founders, you'll launch new experiments to help us go from 0>1, and then achieve high-quality lead conversion. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to improve lead generation and increase revenue.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, focusing on ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design high-converting landing pages.
  • Double website traffic within the next year through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and refine the company's social media presence and contribute to the blog, aligning with our brand voice and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify key conversion points in the user journey, optimizing sales funnels for better performance.
  • Engage with sales/recruiting teams to understand their needs and measure satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in all digital marketing efforts.
  • Design and execution of email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Focus on driving sales growth and developing brand strategies.

What you will need

  • A hacker mentality. You obsess over finding novel ways to hit goals even when the conventional wisdom says you're wrong.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing across multiple channels (SEM, email, paid social, etc.) B2B experience in recruiting and staffing is strongly preferred. Well, expect you to operate multiple channels autonomously.
  • Ability to build systems. You know how to understand existing growth systems and leverage them to build new system
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity. You know where we need to go, but recognize it won't always be a straight path to get there.
  • Extreme autonomy and ownership. As the pipeline owner for the USA market, we expect you to be able to operate autonomously to hit your goals.
  • Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with your team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll regularly communicate directly with executives and other senior leaders.
  • Speed bias. We move very quickly and will expect you to set a similar pace for your team.
  • Understanding of American culture and norms. You don't have to live in the US, but you do need to demonstrate an understanding of how to market to US-based companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media, content marketing, and PPC.
  • Excellent knowledge of email automation/sales/marketing tools such as Apollo, Seamless etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, MailerLite).
  • Experience with CRMs such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, and Salesforce is nice to have, but not required.
  • Proven track record of success in outstaffing/recruitment industry, with experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
  • Partial availability within the US EST timezone.
