Senior UX Designer (LatAm)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong product thinking and experience designing complex, scalable digital experiences to join our team. This role requires an experienced designer (5+ years) who can lead end-to-end UX initiatives, translate complexity into clarity, and deliver high-impact solutions in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences, from discovery and concept to final delivery.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Contribute to and help evolve scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Advocate for data-informed, user-centered design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide structured design feedback.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing complex web or SaaS products (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and shipped products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems at scale.
• Familiarity with agile or lean product development methodologies.
• Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-driven products.
