Senior Full-Stack Engineer (EU)

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can design, build, and scale high-performance, cloud-native systems across backend and frontend layers. You will own complex engineering initiatives end to end, from architectural design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and long-term scalability.

The focus of this role is building and evolving a large-scale, event-driven AdTech platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and sustainable technical growth. This is a high-impact senior position with strong influence over architectural decisions, engineering standards, and long-term platform direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend and frontend code supporting core products and services.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Design teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with engineering best practices.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver resilient, scalable improvements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, define technical standards, and help shape the platforms long-term technical direction.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high quality standards.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or similar backend programming languages.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Lit
• Experience building backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, BigQuery, Bigtable).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for building scalable, high-quality systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or performance marketing environments.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to LLM architectures or AI agents.
