What This Role Really Is
As a Client Outreach Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing the full front-end sales cycle - from lead generation to deal progression. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target markets (UK, UAE, and beyond).
- Generate and manage leads using tools such as Pipedrive CRM and Apollo.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
- Schedule and lead product demos, clearly communicating Idenfo's AML/KYC solutions.
- Maintain and optimise CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, activities, and pipeline stages.
- Support deal progression, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing discussions.
- Collaborate with compliance and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Monitor sales metrics and continuously improve outreach and conversion strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Tech, or related fields preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo) is a plus.
