Role Overview

This role acts as the bridge between marketing-generated interest and closing the deal picking up engaged leads from our outreach ecosystem, conducting compelling product demos, handling initial objections, and moving prospects toward a committed stage for the sales team to close.

Core Purpose

To convert interest into intent by conducting engaging product demos, answering technical and commercial questions, and equipping prospects with the right information to progress through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Client Demo & Presentation

  • Conduct online and in-person demos of Idenfos AML/KYC solutions to prospective clients.
  • Tailor presentations to the prospects industry, pain points, and compliance needs.

Pre-Demo Preparation

  • Research the prospects company, regulatory environment, and potential use cases before each call.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to understand lead history, engagement level, and triggers.

Follow-up & Nurturing

  • Send customised follow-up materials (case studies, technical specs, ROI estimates).
  • Address initial objections and provide answers to technical or commercial queries.

Collaboration with Sales

  • Pass on well-qualified, engaged leads to the sales closers.
  • Provide feedback to the outreach team on messaging and lead quality.

Content & Tool Development

  • Help create demo scripts, battle cards, FAQ libraries, and sales decks.
  • Suggest improvements to the product pitch based on client feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, presales, or business development in a B2B SaaS or FinTech/RegTech environment.
  • Strong presentation skills confident, engaging, and able to simplify complex solutions.
  • Product knowledge aptitude ability to understand and articulate AML/KYC workflows, integrations, and value propositions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Teams, Calendly, and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Highly organised able to run multiple demos per day while tracking follow-ups.

Preferred

  • Experience conducting demos for compliance, banking, or financial technology products.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance processes (AML, KYC, CDD, EDD).
  • Ability to speak additional regional languages (Arabic, Urdu, Hindi) for regional clients.
