Job Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, youll own and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and improve customer acquisition. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing paid campaigns that directly contribute to our growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns with laser precision
  • Set up tracking (UTM, Google Analytics, HubSpot) to ensure every click, lead, and conversion is measured
  • Build and refine customer outreach funnels using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist
  • Collaborate on landing page CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategy
    Launch and iterate on rapid growth experiments (viral loops, mini-campaigns, PLG tactics)
  • Own performance marketing metrics and present actionable insights regularly
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and content teams to align on goal

    Qualifications:
  • 5- 6 years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or finte
  • Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools
  • Experience with CRO tools and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage)
  • Agile, self-starter mindsetcomfortable moving fast and adapting strategies on the go
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or startup environments
