About The role:
We are a forward-thinking organization passionate about integrating artificial intelligence into design and user experiences. We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Designer based in Pakistan who is not only skilled in design principles but also deeply interested in the world of AI - someone who can bring innovative ideas and AI-driven solutions into the design process, with a strong focus on marketing and branding impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the creation of intelligent visual content and dynamic graphic assets using AI tools and design principles
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends, tools, and their applications in design and marketing.
• Design creative assets for digital marketing and branding visuals (ads, social media posts, email, landing pages, etc.)
• Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, RunwayML, Canva AI plugins) to optimize design workflows and content generation.
• Video editing and short-form content creation for marketing channels.
• Apply SEO best practices to design (e.g., visuals for blogs, metadata-aware imagery, etc.).
• Support our marketing efforts with rapid prototyping and design variations.
• Design pitch decks, marketing creatives, content/copy writing and content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and a desire to learn and implement AI tools in design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
