Were looking for a Operational (Mandarin Speaker) who can lead multi-functional teams and ensure seamless campaign execution for local and international brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams on assigned projects

• Plan, execute, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources

• Coordinate across creative, media, digital, and PR teams to ensure smooth collaboration

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues

• Prepare comprehensive project documentation: timelines, status reports, post-mortems

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and campaign execution

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin (Minimum HSK 4)

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with Chinese stakeholders is a strong plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing campaigns for international brands

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
