Business Development (BD)

We're on the lookout for a Business Development Specialist whos passionate, driven, and ready to grow impactful brand partnerships and strategic projects with us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and close new collaboration projects with brands

• Maintain strong relationships with priority brands

• Manage and update category & product recommendations for assigned categories

• Visit brands and attend TikTok events to strengthen engagement

• Handle the end-to-end process of paid projects: planning, sending proposals, monitoring execution, and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field

• Previous experience in marketing or e-commerce

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Passionate about branding, digital campaigns, and social platforms (especially TikTok)

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
