JOBDESC:
1. Telephone and Communication
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Record and relay messages accurately.
- Handle basic inquiries about the company, such as services or operating hours.
2. Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
- Maintain a calendar of events and bookings.
- Notify relevant staff about visitor arrivals.
3. Administrative Support
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and other documentation.
4. Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to ensure visitors and clients feel welcome.
- Address complaints or issues professionally and escalate them when necessary.
- Assist clients or employees with forms, directions, or other requests.
5. Office Organization
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree in any major (Required)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk management.
- Fluent in English is better
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to use printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication, friendly, approachable demeanor to make clients and visitors feel welcome.
- Attention to detail when scheduling, managing logs, or handling documentation.
