JOBDESC:

1. Telephone and Communication

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  • Record and relay messages accurately.
  • Handle basic inquiries about the company, such as services or operating hours.

2. Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
  • Maintain a calendar of events and bookings.
  • Notify relevant staff about visitor arrivals.

3. Administrative Support

  • Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
  • Maintain records of visitor logs and other documentation.

4. Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional service to ensure visitors and clients feel welcome.
  • Address complaints or issues professionally and escalate them when necessary.
  • Assist clients or employees with forms, directions, or other requests.

5. Office Organization

  • Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.

REQUIREMENT:

  •  Bachelor degree in any major (Required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk management.
  • Fluent in English is better
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to use printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication, friendly, approachable demeanor to make clients and visitors feel welcome.
  • Attention to detail when scheduling, managing logs, or handling documentation.
