Energy Project Manager

About the job

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive the technical and financial optimization of both existing and future energy centers. You will build performance-monitoring dashboards, analyze plant data, and act as the link between engineering, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital tools for tracking performance, costs, and energy efficiency.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze deviations, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Model operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) scenarios for new projects and upgrades, providing clear business-case support.
• Deliver monthly performance briefings to senior management and coordinate action plans.
• Work closely with Project Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to align technical output with the company's strategy.
• Represent the organization in technical meetings with external partners, contractors, and regulators.
  
  

Your Profile

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in energy engineering, HVAC, power systems, or electrotechnics.
• Minimum 5 years experience in district energy, cogeneration, or large-scale HVAC maintenance/optimization.
• Proven ability to translate complex plant data into actionable insights via dashboards and reports.
• Fluent French and German + English is required; Luxembourgish is an advantage.
