Role Overview

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our CNS portfolio in the East Rand territory. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, generating scripts, and educating the medical community on the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote CNS pharmaceutical products to General Practitioners, Specialists, and Pharmacists in the assigned region.

  • Drive script generation through effective communication, relationship building, and product education.

  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits with HCPs to ensure consistent product visibility and positioning.

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on territory sales calls and product launches.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize territory performance.

  • Participate in industry events, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions via CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably within CNS therapeutic areas.

  • Proven track record in scripting and territory management.

  • Strong understanding of the private healthcare landscape in the East Rand.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the territory.

  • Tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field is preferred.
