ROLE OVERVIEW 

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the firm's services, enhance brand visibility, and attract new clients. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and a thorough understanding of marketing techniques to achieve measurable growth for the firm.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Specialist shall perform duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities.

Graphic Design:

  • Design eye-catching graphics to accompany social media posts, blogs, videos, physical-print media and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure visuals are on-brand and optimized for various platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop compelling content for the firm's website, social media channels, newsletters, and other platforms.
  • Manage the firm's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Write and distribute press releases, blog posts, and legal updates.

Digital Marketing:

  • Execute digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of online campaigns and optimize them to achieve goals.

Client Outreach and Events:

  • Organize and promote webinars, seminars, or community events to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Maintain and expand the firm's client database for targeted marketing efforts.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the firm's brand guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years Marketing Specialist experience
  • Proficient in business posts on social media platforms.
    • Experience in creating print-ads (short-form content) using Adobe InDesign and AI editing platforms.
  • Experience in PrintDesign (marketing collateral printing, portfolio required)
  • Proven experience managing WordPress websites (portfolio required)
  • Experience in SEO and web traffic data is required.
    • Preferably proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and a strong enthusiasm for staying updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Familiar with webpage design and publishing best practices
  • Exceptional at communication and building relationships
  • Open to work on US time zones / night shift schedule
  • Willing to work onsite at Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig City
