ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for e-Learning Developer to be part of our team.
- He/She is responsible for developing and revising CBT courses and other online/virtual training programs for the schools of iFive University. Their main task is to utilize Training Needs Analysis results, Adult Learning Methodologies, and e-Learning Design Principles based on Andragogy and Heutagogy when creating and rendering learning interventions, training materials, and other job aids necessary to reach set learning outcomes and course objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Instructional Design Support and CBT Development
- Work closely with Instructional Designers to create and render storyboards, convert draft materials for learners and facilitators into audio-visual output
- Build course content from preset curriculum and upload them on iFive University
- Research possible content and convert them to usable CBT or blended-learning content
- Produce animated training videos, record voice-overs, and act as the technical expert in video and audio productions
Learner and Facilitator Training Material Creation
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Rise; use animation tools such as Vyond, CreateStudio, Descript
- Use design tools such as Canva, MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
- Use production and editing tools such as Photoshop, Premier, Audition, and Audacity; and
- Use streaming platforms such as Zoom and OBS to create e-Learning training programs and activities
LMS Collaterals and Technical Support
- Provide support for course errors; design learning badges, activity badges and certificates; coordinate with LMS provider support for troubleshooting bugs on the platform
Graphic design and other creative tasks
- Attend meetings with stakeholders
- Support other L&D initiatives and non-training design needs
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience required with solid e-learning design and computer-based training content development background
- Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies and e-learning design principles
- Mastery in using Articulate 360 and Rise
- Mastery in using Adobe Suite apps including Premier, Photoshop, Audition, etc
- Preferably with background in using animation and AI tools such as Vyond, CreateStudio, and Descript
- Preferably with creative and graphic design background; knowledgeable in Canva
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on a Hybrid setup
- Shifting schedule; Default at 6AM-3PM
