ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Learning Systems & Operations Coordinator to be part of our team.
· The Learning Systems & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day ownership of learning systems and the operational execution of training programs. This role ensures that learning initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and at scale through strong LMS administration, training coordination, and data management.
· This role requires independent judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning systems (LMS) administration
- Administer and maintain the learning management system, including user access (onboarding and offboarding), enrollments, course publishing, and data accuracy.
- Configure and manage learning workflows for onboarding, compliance, and role-based programs.
- Monitor LMS data integrity and resolve discrepancies with HR and Operations records.
- Generate regular and ad hoc learning reports for leaders and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of LMS processes, automation, and integrations where applicable.
Training operations & coordination
- Coordinate instructor-led and virtual training programs end to end, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, learners, and stakeholders regarding training logistics.
- Track attendance, completion, and post-training requirements.
- Manage training calendars, room reservations, virtual platforms, and vendor coordination.
- Anticipate and resolve operational issues before they impact learners or facilitators.
Data, reporting, and governance
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
- Prepare dashboards and status reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure learning operations align with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Handle sensitive employee and learning data with discretion and integrity.
Collaboration & continuous improvement
- Partner with Instructional Designers and Trainers to support learning initiatives.
- Document and maintain SOPs for learning systems and operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to improve learner experience and operational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and informal support to junior team members, interns, or temporary staff when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1- 3 years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, LMS administration, or related HR roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one learning management system.
- Strong data and reporting skills (Excel required; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools are a plus).
- Experience coordinating instructor-led and/or virtual training programs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential data.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
