ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to be part of our team.
- The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for consulting with leadership to understand their recruitment needs, develop and execute sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, and pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications. This position is responsible for the full recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and an efficient process flow.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops a working knowledge of departments in order to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture.
- Understands and effectively communicate the requisition approval process.
- Prepares all postings: work with hiring manager to determine pre-screening questions, where advertising would occur to provide diverse applicant pool and be involved in candidate sourcing: review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Sources candidates and work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.
- Completes initial screening/interviewing of applicant pool.
- Develops pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions.
- Works with departments to help ensure compliance with AA/EEO regulations, employment laws, and adherence to companys policies and procedures.
- Works with Human Resources Partner to understand appropriate compensation for each position and extend verbal offers.
- Maintains accurate and updated information in the applicant tracking system, reviewing, contacting and coding out applications in a timely manner.
- Assists with training users on companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collects and files paperwork.
- Communicates and works with applicant, leadership and human resources team to make sure required processes are completed and paperwork is obtained to assure applicants readiness for first date of employment.
- Creates and sends pre-employment emails with information about the company and position.
- Understands and effectively communicates the prior to first day requirements for each position including but not limited to: background check, drug screen and I9 completion.
- Distributes, collects and files paperwork like contracts, non-disclosure agreements, signed position descriptions, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three (3) years of full-time experience recruiting positions for work within the U.S. and within the healthcare industry.
- Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions; experience with physician recruiting is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience conducting presentations, workshops and/or training.
- Willing to work a night shift schedule.
- Must be able to work on our site 6F Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, Pasig City.
