ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Workforce Specialist to be part of our team.

  • This role will work together with the Workforce Lead in turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. He/She conducts full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce regular performance and operational reports for clients and internal stakeholders as per business requirements; by extracting data, verifying accuracy, and presenting results
  • Develop new reports and make changes to existing reports as required; by creating/adjusting configurations, creating spreadsheets to calculate measures/present results, and documenting instructions for the reports production
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for information; by extracting data, conducting research/analysis and presenting results
  • Provide commentary to accompany regular reports and responses to ad-hoc requests where necessary
  • Analyze data to monitor business performance, identify trends, and for use in planning, staffing, scheduling and forecasting
  • Communicate analysis results and provide critical insight to relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze the impact of volume, productivity, scheduling and shrinkage on staffing requirements
  • Report staffing needs and performance issues impacting service levels on a proactive manner
  • Monitor utilization reports across all levels
  • Provide support on real time workforce initiatives across global sites
  • Create and update existing reports and databases
  • Ensure compliance of reporting initiatives to company principles and government regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality on information, technology and practices developed by the company

REQURIEMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Workforce Specialist
  • Willing to work night shifts and flexible or shifting schedules.
