ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be part of our team.
- The role is responsible for managing and optimizing the companys Salesforce environment while assisting with the growth and strategy arm of sales operations.
- This role will focus on system administration, data integrity and architecture, development and analysis of management reports and dashboards to support sales operations. Additionally, the Administrator supports the operation through utilization of Business Development resources (Definitive Healthcare, Salesforce, etc.) to identify market potential and assist with service line expansion strategies.
- This includes identification of market potential and creation of lead generation framework and pipeline generation. The Salesforce Administrator supports the operation through report and dashboard creation and refinement, and data analysis supporting sales cycle times and accurate growth forecasting capabilities.
- This role will work closely with sales, marketing, business development and product innovation to ensure accurate data management and seamless integration of Salesforce within business processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assumes complete management of the companys customer relationship management and ancillary business development software.
- Ensures data in business development systems (CRM, Definitive, etc.) is architected effectively, maintaining clean, accurate and secure data.
- Creates custom management reports and dashboards as required and ensure timely distribution.
- Ensures leads from marketing and prospecting campaigns are efficiently integrated into CRM and notifications are created to the sales team.
- Works collaboratively with Sales Enablement Team to support market analysis, prospecting campaigns, lead generation, and new market entry.
- Sets up new users and manages access levels, permissions and roles and trains users with ongoing support for the Salesforce system.
- Automates business processes to save time and reduce errors.
- Customizes fields, layouts and workflows to match business processes
- Stays current on new Salesforce features and updates.
- Conducts system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards, while troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related technical issues.
- Analyzes data from CRM to determine effectiveness of sales retention
- Pipeline building effectiveness.
- Sales cycle effectiveness.
- Ensuring the customer master list is accurately maintained and reflects current data.
- Develops metrics to measure sales team and sales cycle performance.
- Develops metrics for overall business KPIs.
- Is the software integration and management of revenue cycle timelines from sales through customer implementation.
- Identifies trends which require process modification.
- Manages applicable dashboards for business development, implementation, contracting, and operations
- Is the system administrator for all business operations software tools
- Liaison for Business Development to Finance/Operations
- Creates reports, dashboards and maintain accuracy of data pulled from CRM to assist Finance in revenue projections and timelines
- Analysis of multiple growth-trajectory performance improvement (sales conversion, average deal size, cross-selling success, etc.)
- Development of ROI tools with Finance/Operations to gain value proposition
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator is required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Experience in health-related field or business to business technology field is a plus.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and strong understanding of CRM data architecture/data management best practices is required.
- Able and willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Willing to work on a hybrid set up and the site is at 6th Floor, Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig
