ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be part of our team.

  • He/she shall contribute social media expertise, data and creative energy to the marketing and communications strategies for the brand and company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    Video Editing & Management:

    • Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and other marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the team to create compelling storytelling through video.
    • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
    • Fluent with video editing, no matter the software.
    • Able to edit audio to remove noises from sound, compress and limit, etc.
    • You will need to create descriptions and thumbnails for each video.
    • You will have to post other videos that have been completed by vendors, as well. These may require descriptions and other assets that you will be in charge of creating.

    Video Posting & Scheduling:

    • In charge of managing and scheduling videos across social media platforms.
    • Its important to know platform requirements, and be able to cater captions, thumbnails, etc. to specific platforms.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

    Graphic Design:

    • Design eye-catching graphics to accompany social media posts, blogs, videos, and marketing materials.
    • Ensure visuals are on-brand and optimized for various platforms.

    Website Maintenance & Updates:

    • Manage and update website content using WordPress and Elementor.
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
    • Add new pages when needed, whether this be recurring blogs or an entirely new page for a project.
    • Able to keep and maintain the brand throughout the entire website.

    SEO & Technical SEO:

    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
    • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve site rankings and visibility.

    Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with strategic goals.
    • Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and website traffic.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 Years of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
  • Proficient in business posts on social media platforms
  • Experience heavy video editing (short-form content) using Adobe Premiere and AI editing platforms.
  • Experience in SEO and web traffic data is required
  • Familiar with webpage design and publishing best practices
  • Exceptional at communication and building relationships.
  • Willing to work onsite in Tower 1 Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
