ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Case Manager to be part of our team.

This role is responsible for reviewing client files, tracking medical records, following up on missing documentation, and ensuring case information is accurately maintained within the case management system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review client files for completeness and accuracy
  • Track requested medical records and monitor records received
  • Follow up on missing records, pending documentation, and outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate case updates in CasePeer or other case management systems
  • Document case activity and status updates
  • Coordinate with internal team members, medical providers, and other external contacts
  • Provide administrative support related to personal injury case management
  • Ensure all case records and documenta􀆟on are properly organized
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the BPO industry
  • Previous experience in case management, medical records, legal support, or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with case management software is a plus; CasePeer experience preferred but not required
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule
  • Must be able to work onsite at 6th floor Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, Pasig City (beside The Medical City)
