Job description

1. Establish strategies and activities to implement strategies: 40%

- Based on the goals of the Agency channel and personal experiences to establish strategies and plans to develop those strategies for the nationwide Agency channel;

- Clarify and transfer strategies and implementation plans to the system of BDMs under the nationwide Agency channel;

- Support and urge the BDM system to implement proposed strategies and practical activities to achieve strategic goals;

- Monitor and measure actual implementation results to analyze weaknesses/strengths/points for periodical improvement, thereby provide timely advice to managers on establishing and adjusting strategies to suit each stage.

2. Guarantee sales agent ratio (activity ratio): 20%

- Discuss and coordinate with the Training and BDM team to come up with activity plans for each Area/Region/Lower Region on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis;

- Proactively create activities to encourage and motivate the Sales Agent force and sell regularly;

- Create and maintain a vibrant, positive and responsible working environment;

- Lead and supervise BDMs and Agent teams to maintain a positive attitude, always work and spread the right thing.

3. Ensure completion of insurance premium revenue plan (GWP): 40%

- Supervise and urge the lower BDMs to ensure completion of assigned revenue plans;

- Manage performance and sales results of Agents Groups; proactively and promptly propose appropriate action plans to ensure the completion of revenue goals for the Area/Region in which they are responsible;

- Continuously seek and develop new distribution channels to create new growth drivers.

4. Others:

- Perform other responsibilities and tasks assigned periodically and/or as required.

Job requirements

- Must have insurance experience

- Have at least 05 years of working experience in Senior Management positions in departments/divisions as: Strategy, Supervising Agency operations & quality, Senior Director in charge of Areas/Regions in insurance companies (life & non-life);

- Proficient in 4 English skills;

- Be fond of technology and willing to commit to creating breakthroughs;

- Have sharp strategic and critical thinking and the ability to set up plans with clear, challenging but feasible and measurable goals;

- Have ability to attract, recruit and expand sales network;

- Have experience in coaching/training and developing sales team;

- Be an honest, exemplary manager, always positive and progressive.
