Job Desc :

  1. Managing day to day operations to support business under the ID Operations Department for LoB B2B, B2B2C & B2C.

  2. Maintain relations with several repair shop partners and manage issues (if any) among them.

  3. Provide in-country project management support by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and creating the right tools to ensure that all components are tracked and followed up accordingly.

  4. Point of Sales (POS) / Retailers acquisition management for B2C business, ensure all the process of POS opening which submitted from the Commercial team were properly managed and meet standard of SLA, document quality and procedure.

  5. Intensive collaboration with the Marketing Department, since this shall include the distribution process of POS marketing material for POSes that are already open for B2C line of business.

  6. Highly responsible in terms of process in delivering assets & logistics to Point of Sales / Retailers for B2C LoB, collaborating with vendors, Partners and Marketing Department.

  7. Highly responsible in keep updating the documents (ie. SOP and Working Instructions) for every Business Processes in ID Igloo Country Level.

  8. Intensive collaboration among Departments in ID Igloo for any Improvements & New Initiative Projects as the owners of the project initiatives.

  9. As Point of Contact for any issues from B2B & B2B2C partners, and follow up internally in Igloo until its solved within a certain SLA.

What you will need :

  1. Intermediate level experience of business process of new initiatives and improvements from any relevant industry.
  2. Visio, Project Management, and Agile methodologies / framework.
  3. Strong empathy and positive attitude
  4. Good interpersonal skill & communication skill
