About the job Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced marketing individual to join us as we scale up and expand our marketing activities in Indonesia for our Agency Business. You will own and lead marketing activities, crafting go-to-market strategies that support Igloo's Intermediary Platform Services (Agency) business across agent recruitment, engagement and retention that cut across offline, digital, social platforms and in-app.

Championing Igloo's mission of providing affordable insurance for all, you will join our highly driven and talented team to build insurance products that are accessible and simple for everyone who needs them.

What you will do:

  • Develop integrated communications that support business goals and align with our Agency product and brand positioning

  • Work cross-functionally with Business, Marketing, Design, Product to develop multi-channel marketing messages and collateral

  • Source and work with creative agencies/freelancers for creation of marketing collateral

  • Ensure our brand tone and manner is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts and creative assets (events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material, in-app content).

  • Create long and short-form content, including video for various mediums (brochures, banners, in-app training content and tutorials,

  • Lead and organise on-ground events for awareness, recruitment, engagement purposes

  • Use data to analyze impact and performance and adapt accordingly. Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management

  • Monitor key competitors in the market to inform our communications strategy

  • Identify platforms, events to reach new market segments and expand market share

What you will need:

  • 6+ years of brand marketing, marketing communications, content marketing experience. Prior experience working in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of experience in MNCs and start ups.

  • Experience leading and running successful marketing campaigns

  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

  • Data and Analytical Skills

  • Critical thinking skills and Growth Mindset

  • A self-starter with hands-on experience

  • Good university degree

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working in matrix organisation

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail

  • Experience working in a fast paced, highly collaborative organization

  • Comes with a successful track record in leading content / Brand strategy and its brand direction
