 JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build and manage the countrys commercial activities, business development, partnerships, account management, marketing and sales operations
- Lead end-to-end key partnerships: opportunity identification, deal structuring, negotiation and implementation, with significant autonomy covering Igloos products and services
- Build relationships and engage with senior leadership both internally and externally with strategic partners to drive key agenda and initiatives
- Own the country P&L and regularly drive commercial optimization
With growth as the primary KPI, build strategy plans to scale in the short, mid and long and execute accordingly
- Identify key challenges and opportunities to improve how we engage and serve our key partners, and actively help with problem solving in order to execute actionable plans
- Lead a team of talented members and act as a source of advice to drive the commercial strategy and planning for key partners
- Work as an integral member of the senior management team and represent a country perspective to guide the commercial and product strategy
Represent and become an ambassador for Igloos value proposition in press, tech forums and other platforms

What we expect from you:
- Bring your analytical A-game. Youll be building business models, performing analysis to understand trends, provide actionable insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives to ensure were driving toward the best possible outcome
- Drive team accountability by managing the country deal pipeline and review process, ensuring deals serve company strategy, accounting for risk appropriately, monitoring competitive developments, and conducting impact assessments
- Drive initiatives with a mindset for action. Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify, analyze and execute initiatives to continuously drive value for our key partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, strategy consulting or experience managing a P&L portfolio at a high growth company
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing high performing teams in fast growing companies
- High throughput. Strong bias towards action with the reputation of someone who gets things done. You love having a lot on your plate and get energy from being busy.
- Strategic thinker. Able to add value to a business strategy or negotiation
Strong interpersonal skills. Know how to build trust and negotiate hard with partners and lead a high performing team
- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty
- Entrepreneurial approach and a self-starter personality are a "must-have"
