What you will do:

  • Identify and recruit intermediaries to market Igloo products and services
  • Responsible for organizing and handle on boarding procedures for intermediaries
  • Schedule licensing/products/sales skills training for sales team members
  • Follow up and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production & recruitment activities. Support them where needed
  • Build and maintain good relationship with internal and external teams
  • Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales and the relevant parties

What you will need:

  • Experience in agency management in the insurance industry
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert-level analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes in any situation
  • Take ownership of work
  • Sales-driven and strong business acumen
