About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Manager to grow our partnerships regionally. You will work closely with senior management and regional teams to grow and manage regional accounts within the digital space. This role requires the ability to be resourceful, action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive under pressure and enjoy managing multiple stakeholders to drive towards a desired outcome.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage regional commercial activities, business development, partnerships, account management, marketing and sales operations

  • Manage a portfolio of partners, helping them drive long-term sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction with Igloos products and services

  • Lead end-to-end key partnerships: opportunity identification, deal structuring, negotiation and implementation, with significant autonomy covering Igloos products and services

  • Build relationships and engage with senior leadership both internally and externally with strategic partners to drive key agenda and initiatives

  • Identify key challenges and opportunities to improve how we engage and serve our key partners, and actively help with problem solving in order to execute actionable plans

  • Keep partners up-to-date on Igloos products, features, and solutions, as well as recognize the market needs to provide feedback to strategies and product roadmap.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, strategy consulting, business development or experience managing commercial partnerships

  • High throughput. Strong bias towards action with the reputation of someone who gets things done. You love having a lot on your plate and get energy from being busy.

  • Strategic thinker. Able to add value to a business strategy or negotiation

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Know how to build trust and negotiate with partners to build long term relationships

  • Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty

  • Entrepreneurial approach and a self-starter personality are a "must-have"

  • Experience working with data and analytics tools
