Job Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day customer service operations - handling incoming and outgoing tickets, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with product teams and partners to ensure all Customer Service SLAs are consistently met.
  • Continuous business process improvement (especially CS-related tasks) and FAQs.
  • Analyze customer queries to gain insights for potential service enhancements.
  • Participating in the UAT for new product launches and system enhancement.
  • Perform administrative tasks/ad hoc for the MY Team or any other duties.

Job Requirements

  • Customer oriented and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good time management
