About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales join their team in THailand. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries
  • Provide product information and pricing to customers
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of company products and services
  • Generate, follow up and close sales leads.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
  • Conduct customer research to evaluate pain points with products or website issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
  • Able to provide valuable insight from customer queries and relaying it to relevant internal teams
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Experienced in e-commerce or digital industry, data driven, analytical skills, good negotiation skills, English fluency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of car/motorcycle insurance policies, coverage, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
