About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Admin join their team in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparing sales contracts, invoices, and other documents. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly report
  • Assist with all documents, payment, and administrations tasks
  • Support sales and marketing team
  • Ensure accurate, complete and updated documents are in compliance with the regulations
  • Act as the point of contact and manage discussions and follow up with insurer or internal stakeholders regarding policy creation, endorsement, claims, etc
  • Monitor payment from clients
  • Monitor issuance of hard/ soft copy of policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Life and Non-Life Insurance Products
  • Knowledge of English language is a plus
  • Have a Non-Life Insurance Broker License is a plus
