We are seeking an experienced marketing individual to join us as we scale up and expand our marketing activities in SEA. You will own and lead Igloos lifecycle marketing strategy and campaigns across our B2B2C, B2C and Ignite business lines to drive adoption, engagement, retention and monetisation with our end customers.

Championing Igloo's mission of providing affordable insurance for all, you will join our highly driven and talented team to build insurance products that are accessible and simple for everyone who needs them.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage lifecycle campaigns and journeys across transactional and marketing touchpoints
  • Create customer-driven, engaging and creative email, in-app, messaging content and creatives that will ensure engaged, retained and repeat customers
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across touchpoints
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence, Data Analysts, Commercial, Product and Engineering and local Marketing teams to identify business problems and propose solutions via lifecycle marketing activities
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs with clear hypotheses, target audience, content direction, performance metrics, and estimated business impact
  • Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimization and improvement

What you will need:

  • 5-8 years of growth and lifecycle marketing experience in B2C tech space
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of experience in MNCs and start ups
  • Prior experience in marketing automation platforms like Braze
  • Experience leading and running successful lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Experience Performance Marketing, App Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution
  • Proven results on building, testing and measuring multi-channel (emails, apps, and platforms) campaigns to drive revenue and engagement objectives
  • Strong Data and Analytical Skills

  • A self-starter with hands-on experience
  • Good university degree
