About the job Global Innovation Lead
We are looking for an experienced and innovative marketing leader to partner with R&D to deliver top-notch new product innovation. The Senior Global Brand innovation Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and development of the brands’ short to mid-term innovation projects. The Senior Global Brand innovation Manager interacts with the Global Brand Leader, Global insights, Technology/R&D to provide world class innovation and market renovation and adaptations. This individual has a strong attention to detail and enjoys providing solutions to consumer needs across the Global markets.
What You’ll Do:
Set the innovation strategy for Core innovation (H1), with some New to Brand (H2/Novel) innovation, e.g. extension into new sub-category.
Own 3 year Innovation grid - including new products and claims / on pack copy (marketing) innovation
Develop and own global portfolio and set global competitive benchmarks for pricing
Monitor Global competitive landscape, category, ingredient regulatory trends
Work closely with regions to understand competitive analysis and innovation needs
Develop specific innovation for professional and channel-specific
Own global packaging structure, artwork and claims portfolio

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
10+ years of work experience in a Marketing role including innovation
Experience in short to mid term product development and execution
Strong understanding of turning insights into innovation Prior working experience in the skincare industry in a large, multi-national company
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA
