About the job Control Technician/Specialist
- Earn $24 to $36 per hour, based on experience and skill.
- Opportunities for overtime and advancement.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional project-based flexibility.

- Design, install, and troubleshoot relay logic circuits, motor starters, and control panels.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and programming of PLC systems as needed.
- Collaborate with electricians to wire and install electrical components related to control systems.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other safety standards.
- Travel to project sites across Arizona and the Southwest to perform installations and repairs.
- Experience: 3+ years working with relay logic, motor controls, and control panel systems; experience with basic PLC troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480VAC and working with ladder logic.
- Licensing/Certifications: Vocational training or relevant certifications preferred; electricians license is a plus.
- Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
