Pay Rate:

$24 to $35/hour (DOE) + Full Benefits + Growth Path

YOU BUILD THE NERVE CENTER.

This isn't a wiring gig.

You dont just screw down terminalsyou bring systems to life.
You take raw components and wire order into chaos.
Because when the motors spin and the lines run clean
Its because you built it right.

You read the prints like theyre blueprints to war.
You torque every screw like someone's safety depends on itbecause it does.

Every breaker. Every contactor. Every relay.
You command the current.

WHAT YOU DO:

• Assemble and wire Motor Control Centers (MCCs) with precision and pride
• Mount breakers, VFDs, starters, relays, terminalsthe full kit
• Drill. Tap. Torque. Label. Verify. Repeat.
• Work off schematics like second nature
• Perform quality control that leaves no loose end

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 2+ years building MCC or industrial control panels
• You can read and wire from electrical schematics in your sleep
• You understand 3-phase, ladder logic layouts, and how to build for uptime
• Tools dont intimidate yousloppy work does
• You believe done and done right are two very different things

EVEN BETTER IF:

• Youve built Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Square D MCCs
• You know your way around UL 508A or UL 845
• Youve worked in fast-paced panel shops or field installs
• You don't need to be told twice and often teach once
