What Youll Do

• Design & Install: Lead the planning, installation, and maintenance of motor control, PLC, and power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and address complex electrical issues swiftly, minimizing downtime and ensuring peak efficiency.
• Maintenance Support: Perform routine upkeep for service contracts, keeping client operations running smoothly and safely.
• Thermography Inspections: Conduct thermographic evaluations to preempt potential breakdowns.
• Custom Electrical Solutions: Design and fabricate tailored electrical systems and skids to meet unique client specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, electrical codes, and UL standards for every installation and repair.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years as an Industrial Electrician, focusing on automation, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Certification: Journeyman Electrician certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming, VFDs, DCS systems, and building bespoke electrical solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with complex industrial systems and thermography inspection techniques.
• Collaboration: Strong communicator who excels in a team environment and builds rapport with clients.
• Independence & Safety: Able to work efficiently on your own, with an unwavering commitment to high-quality, code-compliant work.
