As an Electrical Estimator, you'll help us win the work that builds the future.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze blueprints, specs, and scope documents to determine electrical needs

  • Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs with accuracy and insight

  • Build competitive bids that turn opportunities into awarded projects

  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and suppliers

  • Leverage your field knowledge to make smarter decisions at the planning table

  • Use top-tier estimating tools and software to stay sharp, fast, and accurate

  • Attend site walks to connect real-world logistics with bid strategy

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on electrical field experience (Journeyman level or equivalent)

  • A strong grasp of NEC, installation practices, and materials

  • Analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail

  • Experience reading plans and electrical drawings

  • Confidence with estimating software (or the drive to learn it fast)

  • Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • The hunger to grow into senior estimating or project leadership
