What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage the electrical team on large-scale construction projects ️

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to drive successful project outcomes

  • Monitor electrical systems installation, ensuring compliance with codes, specifications, and safety regulations ️

  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and lead problem-solving efforts on-site

  • Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders and address any challenges

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role (required)

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety protocols

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams

  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach to managing and resolving jobsite issues

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
