What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and supervise commissioning teams to ensure all systems are properly tested and operational

  • Ensure systems meet design, quality, and safety standards from initial testing to project handover

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination of commissioning tasks

  • Troubleshoot and resolve commissioning challenges, optimizing systems for peak performance

  • Maintain detailed commissioning reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance

  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and team training to stay ahead of project timelines

  • Lead the process of system start-ups, performance testing, and final commissioning activities

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Commissioning Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

  • Strong technical expertise in commissioning electrical and mechanical systems ️

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems

  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a team of technicians

  • Ability to read and interpret system specifications, manuals, and technical drawings
