From moving material to supporting high-voltage installs, your work keeps this mining operation running smooth, safe, and on schedule.

YOUR PLAYBOOK

Get Site-Ready | Train for one week in Glendale (all expenses paid), learning how to handle tools, safety practices, and site protocols before heading to the Tucson mine.

Support the Spark | Assist licensed electricians with material handling, conduit runs, equipment setup, and job site organization.

Stay Sharp | Work safely in a heavy industrial environmentalert, aware, and proactive to keep the crew moving.

Earn While You Learn | No electrical experience? No problem. Show up strong, work hard, and build a skill set that powers heavy industry.

MUST-HAVE CREDENTIALS

Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet 810 hrs/day.
Comfortable working outdoors on an active mine site.
Willing to travelfirst week in Glendale for paid training, 30 days in Tucson (hotel + per diem provided).
Dependable attitude and strong work ethicthis team runs on trust.

BONUS POINTS

Previous construction, electrical, or mining site experience.
OSHA-10 or MSHA certification.
Forklift or material handling experience.
