What You'll Be Doing:

  • Install, maintain, and repair substation equipment, including breakers, transformers, relays, and control panels

  • Read one-liners, schematics, and detailed blueprints with accuracy

  • Execute ground grid and bus work with precision and safety

  • Troubleshoot high-voltage systems in live environments

  • Test protection and control systems to ensure flawless functionality

  • Coordinate with utility engineers, linemen, and project supervisors

What You Bring:

  • Journeyman-level experience in high-voltage or substation work (required)

  • Strong understanding of power transmission and distribution systems

  • Experience with relay testing, SCADA systems, and protective relays ️

  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures

  • Ability to work outdoors, in all conditions, on energized and de-energized systems

  • Calm under pressure. Quick on your feet. Focused on the field.
