What You'll Be Doing:

  • Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage equipment for substations, transmission lines, and industrial power systems

  • Read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, schematics, and safety protocols

  • Troubleshoot, test, and ensure the reliability of live high-voltage systems

  • Safely execute switching, grounding, and fault isolation techniques

  • Work with utilities, engineers, and project leads to deliver seamless installations

  • Follow strict safety measures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What You Bring:

  • Journeyman-level experience with high-voltage systems (required)

  • Proficient in switching, troubleshooting, and testing high-voltage equipment

  • Ability to work safely on energized systems and understand complex electrical codes

  • Strong understanding of power transmission, transformers, and protection relays

  • Problem-solving mindset, with a cool head under pressure

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability
