What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects

• Coordinate with GCs, PMs, and inspectors to keep timelines sharp and budgets tight

• Read and interpret blueprints like they're second nature

• Enforce safety protocols because downtime isn't in your playbook

• Track materials, manage labor, and handle field reporting with precision

• Coach apprentices and journeymen, passing on the skills that built your career

• Solve problems before they hit the schedule

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience

• Proven track record leading field teams (Foreman-level experience required)

• Deep understanding of NEC, jobsite logistics, and electrical systems

• Strong communication on site and on paper

• Tech-savvy enough to handle tablets, field software, and reporting tools

• The attitude of a leader. The eye of a craftsman. The grit of a builder.
