As a QA/QC Inspector at TRIFECTA, you will lead the charge in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance on every jobsite.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee all quality control activities to ensure that every project meets design and industry standards

  • Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship on-site to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations

  • Lead testing and inspection processes, identifying issues before they become problems

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure a seamless workflow

  • Keep meticulous records of inspections, reports, and non-compliance issues, ensuring transparency and accountability

  • Audit and track quality assurance processes across multiple sites, making recommendations for improvements

  • Champion a culture of quality, instilling best practices and safety standards in every phase of construction

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector or in a quality assurance role within construction

  • In-depth knowledge of quality control practices, codes, and safety regulations

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot even the smallest discrepancies

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure

  • Strong communication skills to report findings clearly and collaborate effectively with teams
