We're looking for a Drafter / Designer who knows the field, respects the details, and can turn raw ideas into rock-solid plans.

You'll work hand-in-hand with project managers, estimators, and field leaders to create electrical designs that don't just look good, they work flawlessly in the real world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Draft detailed electrical plans using AutoCAD and/or Revit

  • Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and field teams to bring concepts to life

  • Interpret specs, codes, and architectural plans with accuracy and intent

  • Revise drawings based on field feedback and design updates

  • Assist in building 3D models and layout coordination with other trades

  • Bridge design with constructabilitybecause your work actually gets built

  • Help identify design efficiencies and flag potential field issues before they happen

What You Bring:

  • Experience in electrical drafting or design (construction-focused)

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software

  • Familiarity with NEC, electrical systems, and commercial installations

  • Sharp attention to detail and pride in clean, buildable plans

  • Communication skills to work across teams and explain design intent

  • A mindset that blends creativity with constructability

  • Field experience or background in the trades? Even better.
