We're looking for a Journeyman Electrician ready to level up, learn the business side of construction, and shape the future of how projects get built.

You'll train under seasoned estimators, apply your field wisdom, and master the tools that drive winning bids.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work side-by-side with senior estimators to review plans, blueprints, and project specs

  • Use your real-world knowledge to calculate material and labor costs with precision

  • Assist in building competitive, detailed bid proposals

  • Learn top-tier estimating software and digital tools

  • Visit job sites to ensure your estimates reflect reality, not just theory

  • Bridge the gap between boots-on-the-ground and business strategy

What You Bring:

  • Journeyman-level electrical experience (required)

  • Strong understanding of fieldwork, installations, and materials

  • Attention to detail and an eagerness to learn the estimating process

  • Comfort with computers and willingness to train in new software

  • Great communication and collaboration skills

  • Desire to grow into a long-term estimating or project management career
