As a Power Line Technician at TRIFECTA, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on the frontlines of energy infrastructure. From installation to maintenance, you'll be the heartbeat of our power systems, making sure they run smoothly and safely, no matter what.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Install, maintain, and repair power lines, transformers, and related equipment across multiple sites

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in live power lines and systems to ensure safety and reliability

  • Climb poles, work in all weather conditions, and use advanced tools and technology to make sure the power stays on for communities everywhere

  • Work side-by-side with a skilled team, coordinating efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest safety standards

  • Follow strict safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe while working on live electrical systems

  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of power systems

What You Bring:

  • Experience working with high-voltage power lines and related electrical systems

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and repair techniques

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations

  • Physical fitness and comfort with climbing and working at heights in various weather conditions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with other technicians and stakeholders

  • A passion for ensuring communities stay powered, and a commitment to doing it safely and efficiently
