As a Microgrid Technician at TRIFECTA, you won't just build the futureyoull help engineer how it runs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Install, configure, and maintain microgrid components: inverters, batteries, controllers, solar panels, and generators

  • Integrate renewable and backup power sources into a single smart grid system

  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to keep energy flowing smoothly

  • Work closely with engineers and project managers to bring custom microgrids to life

  • Perform system testing, diagnostics, and firmware updates on control systems

  • Support clients in understanding how their microgrids work and maximize uptime

  • Champion sustainability by helping communities and businesses become energy-resilient

What You Bring:

  • Solid background in electrical systems, energy storage, or renewable integration

  • Experience with control systems, inverters, or energy management software

  • Technical curiosity and a passion for problem-solving
