What You'll Be Doing:

• Install photovoltaic (PV) systems on commercial and residential rooftops

• Mount racking, secure modules, and run wiring with precision

• Work closely with licensed electricians to connect systems to power sources

• Follow NEC and safety guidelines

• Troubleshoot installations and adapt to real-world site conditions

• Represent TRIFECTA with professionalism and pride

What You Bring:

• Solar installation experience (preferred) or electrical/roofing background

• Strong work ethic and the ability to perform in all environments

• Comfort working at heights and on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding

• Passion for sustainability and clean energy

• Great teamwork and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow with a future-focused company
