We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives under pressure, lives for structure, and knows how to keep the field, office, and client all on the same page.

You'll support high-stakes commercial and energy builds and make sure no detail gets left behind.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and meetings

  • Track project progress and update all stakeholders

  • Assist with RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout docs

  • Keep job files, budgets, and timelines on track

  • Communicate daily with field teams, clients, and vendors

  • Spot issues before they become problems, jump in with solutions

  • Support project managers with the tools they need to lead

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in construction, utilities, or energy project coordination

  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with project management software and spreadsheets

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-first environments

  • Passion for bringing order, accountability, and energy to the build process
